We finalize the technology stack, the architecture, and the development methodology at this stage. Working with Agile methodology, we break the project into manageable sprints. After the planning phase, we create your project's visual and functional identity. At the end of each sprint, we deliver working, testable software. We manage the codebase with version control (Git) and guarantee code quality with a continuous integration (CI) pipeline. We run quality control through code reviews and carry out performance and security testing in parallel.

Once development is complete, we make sure the project is production-ready through comprehensive testing. For the first 48 hours after release, we run intensive performance monitoring. We give you detailed training on using the project: admin panel usage, content updates, and basic maintenance.
