Our Story
A passion that started in high school, now one of Kocaeli's software agencies.
Stark Bilişim was founded in Kocaeli by four friends who came together in high school over a shared passion for technology. Our first projects were for local shops and small businesses around us, and we still keep the same approach today: we don't write a single line of code before understanding what the business sells and who its customers are.
We build websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps and custom software, and on the SEO and social media side we make sure projects keep producing results after launch. We work with current technologies like Next.js, React and Node.js, and deliver every project against speed and mobile-compatibility benchmarks.
So far we have worked with 27 brands, from public institutions and retail chains to clinics and restaurants. We are a small team and see that as an advantage: short decision cycles, transparent communication, clear delivery dates.

Timeline, technology choices and milestones are set. The project starts with a 50% deposit, the rest on delivery.

Design
First page skeletons (wireframes), then a brand-specific interface. Not a single line of code is written before your approval.

Development
The approved design becomes clean, fast, scalable code; integrations are connected. You follow weekly progress on a staging site.

Testing
Device and browser tests, speed, security and SEO checks. Everything found is fixed before launch.

Launch & Support
